During the summer months, this product may melt in extreme heat conditions during shipping. No worries! We do wrap your butter in a cold wrap free of charge! However; just in case it still arrives melted, just refrigerate it for about an hour and it will return to a perfect body butter balm.

If there are any issues DUE TO OUR ERROR, please take pictures of your item immediately upon receipt. Shipment tracking is used. We will immediately try and make the matter right.
